The Laughter Yoga session will be open to the community and will be led by Amy Angelilli, creator of The Adventure Project.
Laughter Yoga is a mind-body combination of laughter exercises, deep breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance health and happiness. And, it’s a lot of fun! No experience with yoga – or even laughing – necessary! Please bring a mat, towel, or pillow to sit on as well as a smile. And remember, laughter really is the best medicine!
