WHAT TO EXPECT &
THINGS TO NOTE

  • Reservations are not required but highly recommended on weekends and during school breaks (spring break, summer time, and holidays). You also get a dollar discount for reserving in advance.

  • “Appointments” using our booking system are per person; please select “quantity” from the drop-down menu to reflect the number of people in your party.

  • We have a student (16+ if unaccompanied by adults), senior (60+) and military discount. Discounted visits are $2 less. Kids under 1 year old are free.

  • Kids of all ages are allowed but visits of kids under 10 are limited to one hour. We request parents supervise children at all times and make sure they follow the rules. Kids are not allowed to pick up the cats although they can have them in their lap while sitting down and being helped by an adult. They can pet and play with them, but classroom demeanor is required (quiet voices, no running).

  • Adults can pick up cats but please note that cats can enforce their own boundaries and possibly scratch you if you are overstepping!

  • Your visit is technically limited to 50 minutes but that is a constraint of our reservation system. You can stay as long as you like. Return visits on the same day are free if you keep your receipt (e.g., if you wish to go have lunch and return for more play-time).

  • You can cancel or reschedule your reservation using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

  • If you cancel, please email us (denvercatco@gmail.com) to request a refund. Refunds are not automatic, but are always honored when requested.

  • We hope you enjoy your visit. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, email us so we can make it right. We take our customer service as seriously as our cat care, and we want you to have the best time!
